Notes on purchase (Please be sure to read)

About length
- We use the "60-degree method" and standardize the length based on "the shaft end when the head is attached (the shaft end before the grip is attached)."
- We do not measure the shaft alone or from the tip of the sleeve to the grip end.
- Even if you specify the same length as the manufacturer's genuine specifications, the finished product may not be exactly the same due to differences in measurement standards.
- Therefore, we cannot accept production with "exactly the same length as the manufacturer's genuine product."
Measurement standard: What is the 60-degree method?
This is a measurement method that precisely measures the length from the contact point between the horizontal line and the sole to the point where the extended line of the shaft intersects (shaft end), with the club resting on a 60-degree angled sole surface.

About the shaft
- To avoid obstructing your view when addressing the ball, the shaft logo will be assembled "face down (inserted from the back)" in principle.
- If you have specific instructions for the logo orientation, please be sure to include them in your reply to the confirmation email after purchase, or in the remarks column when placing your order.
- We will process the shaft with the "shaft logo facing down" as the standard for the selected mounting position.
- Please note that we do not perform balance adjustments or frequency measurements.

About the sleeve and set screw (Important)
- The sleeve installed is a compatible sleeve (non-genuine product), but it can be used without problems in terms of function, accuracy, and durability.
- The sleeve will be delivered with a spare screw for head fixation at the tip. Please remove it once before use when installing.
- Please note that since this screw is a complimentary item, it may not be compatible with some head models and may not be able to be fixed.

About the grip
- No difference in price will be discounted within standard models. For standard models with logos, "logo inserted from the back" is the standard.
- If you wish to change the grip, select "Change" from the options and be sure to purchase the grip alone simultaneously from a separate sales page. If only instructions are given in the remarks column or if it's a separate order, we may not be able to accommodate it.
- With backline: Logo facing up (visible when holding) is the standard.
- Without backline: Logo facing down (not visible when addressing) is the standard.
- ※In the case of grips with a backline, the logo may appear misaligned or open due to individual head differences.

About delivery time
- Since this product is made-to-order, it will be shipped within 4-5 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, in the order of receipt (after confirming the option confirmation email).
- We will assemble items in the order they are received. We cannot respond to inquiries about specific individual shipping dates (e.g., requests for early shipping).
- During busy seasons, before and after long holidays, or during sales periods, it may take longer than usual.

About cancellation and returns
- This product is "completely made-to-order (custom-made)" involving shaft cutting.
- Therefore, cancellations and content changes (e.g., changes to shaft type, length, or mounting position) will not be accepted after the order is confirmed (completion of specification reply).
- *This excludes cases where there is a mistake in our manufacturing process or initial defects in the product itself.
