Terms of Service

1. These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the user and the Company concerning the use of this Service.
2. In addition to these Terms, the Company may establish various provisions regarding this Service, such as usage guides and privacy policies (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions"). These Individual Provisions, regardless of their name, shall constitute a part of these Terms.
3. If the provisions of these Terms conflict with the provisions of the preceding paragraph's Individual Provisions, the provisions of the Individual Provisions shall take precedence, unless otherwise specifically stated in the Individual Provisions.

1. In this Service, a sales contract shall be formed when a user applies for a purchase to the Company, and the Company notifies its acceptance of said application (order completion email or shipping completion email).
2. The Company may cancel the said contract if the user falls under any of the following reasons:
   • If the user violates these Terms
   • If delivery of the product is not completed due to an unknown address or prolonged absence
   • If there is a history of refusal to receive or non-payment in the past
   • If there is any other act that damages the relationship of trust between the Company and the user

1. Product prices and shipping fees are based on the prices displayed on this Site.
2. [Regarding Customs Duties and Import Taxes for International Shipping]
   For shipments outside of Japan, purchased products are subject to import, and customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be imposed depending on the destination country or region.
   These costs are borne by the recipient (customer). The Company does not provide estimates or act as a proxy for payment of customs duties, etc.
3. If a product is returned to the Company due to refusal to pay customs duties, only the amount deducting round-trip shipping fees, handling fees, and any other actual costs incurred will be refunded or additionally charged. If the product is disposed of, no refund of the product price will be made.

1. Returns and exchanges shall be subject to the provisions of the Company's "Shopping Guide (Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty)".
2. If there is a product defect or a different product from the order is received, the Company shall be notified within 7 days of product arrival. In this case, the Company will bear the shipping cost for exchange or refund.
3. Returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience (e.g., difference in image, incorrect order) will be accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and within 7 days of product arrival. In this case, the customer will bear the round-trip shipping costs.

Users must not engage in the following acts when using this Service:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Acts related to criminal acts
3. Acts that infringe copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights included in this Service, its content, etc.
4. Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Company's, other users', or other third parties' servers or networks
5. Acts that commercially utilize information obtained through this Service
6. Acts that use this Service for illicit purposes
7. Acts of unauthorized access or attempting unauthorized access
8. Acts of impersonating other users

The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this Service without prior notice to the user if it determines that any of the following reasons exist:

1. When performing maintenance inspection or updating of the computer system related to this Service
2. When the provision of this Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
3. Other cases where the Company determines that the provision of this Service is difficult

1. If the Company is liable for damages incurred by the user due to the Company's breach of contract or tort, the Company's liability shall be limited to the product price for the relevant order, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
2. The Company shall not be responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between the user and other users or third parties regarding this Service.
3. For international shipping, the Company shall not be responsible for delivery delays due to customs procedures, or import prohibitions or confiscation due to the laws and regulations of the destination country.

1. Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms.
2. In the event of a dispute regarding this Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office (Chiba District Court) shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdictional court.
3. These Terms shall be in Japanese as the official text. In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese official text and any translation, the Japanese official text shall prevail.
   (The governing language of these Terms of Service shall be Japanese. In the event of any conflict between the Japanese version and any translation, the Japanese version shall prevail.)
