so please be aware of this in advance. For items currently in stock,
delivery may be earlier than the shortest estimated date, but delays may also occur unavoidably.

Leave at Door (Okihai)
Regarding "leave at door" (okihai), as we handle many high-value products,
we currently cannot accommodate "leave at door" requests for outdoor locations such as entryways, due to the risk of damage and theft.
Therefore, we do not include "leave at door" requests on the shipping label.
While we generally recommend in-person delivery,
if a parcel locker is available for use, please indicate this in the remarks section,
and we will reflect it on the shipping slip and accommodate your request.
*Please note that if the delivery person determines that the parcel locker cannot be used, delivery will be made in person.
