Regarding "leave at door" (Okihai), as our store handles many high-value items,
we currently cannot accommodate "leave at door" requests for outdoor locations such as your doorstep,
due to the risk of damage or theft. Therefore, we do not indicate "leave at door" preference on shipping labels.
While we generally recommend face-to-face delivery,
if a parcel locker is available, please specify this in the remarks section,
and we will reflect it on the shipping slip and accommodate your request.
*Please note that if the delivery person determines that the parcel locker cannot be used, delivery will be made face-to-face.
