Leave at Door (置き配)
Regarding "leave at door" (置き配), as we handle many high-value products,
we currently cannot accommodate "leave at door" requests for outdoor locations such as your doorstep,
due to the risk of damage or theft. Therefore, we do not include "leave at door" requests on shipping labels.
While we generally recommend in-person delivery,
if a parcel locker is available, please indicate it in the remarks section,
and we will reflect it on the shipping label and accommodate your request.
※Please note that if the delivery person determines that the parcel locker cannot be used, the item will be handed over in person.
