delivery may be earlier than the shortest estimated date, but delays may also occur unexpectedly.

We recommend placing your order with ample time to spare.

Redelivery to alternative locations (置き配)

Regarding "置き配" (redelivery to an alternative location): we handle many high-value items,

and "置き配" to outdoor locations such as your doorstep carries risks of damage or theft.

Therefore, we cannot currently accommodate such requests. We do not include "置き配" requests on shipping labels.

While we generally recommend in-person delivery,

if a parcel locker is available for use, please indicate this in the remarks section,

and we will reflect this on the shipping label and make arrangements accordingly.
