Leave at Door
Regarding "leave at door" delivery, as our store handles many high-value products,
we are currently unable to accommodate "leave at door" requests for outdoor locations such as front entrances, due to the risk of damage or theft.
Therefore, we do not indicate "leave at door" on shipping labels.
While we generally recommend in-person handover,
if a delivery box is available for use, please indicate it in the remarks column,
and we will reflect it on the shipping slip and accommodate your request.
※Please note that if the delivery driver determines that the delivery box cannot be used, the item will be handed over in person.
