Regarding "leave at door" (okihai), our store handles many high-value products, and there is a risk of damage or theft if items are left outside, such as at an entrance.
Therefore, we cannot accommodate "leave at door" requests at this time. We do not include "leave at door" requests on shipping labels.
While we generally recommend in-person delivery, if a delivery locker is available, please specify this in the comments section, and we will reflect it on the shipping slip and accommodate your request.
※Please note that if the delivery person determines that the delivery locker cannot be used, the item will be handed over in person.
