Processed items or items that need to be ordered may take longer to deliver,

delivery may sometimes be earlier than the shortest estimated date, but delays may also occur unavoidably.

Leave at Door (Unattended Delivery)
Regarding "leave at door" (unattended delivery), as we handle many high-value items,
we currently cannot accommodate "leave at door" deliveries outside, such as at your doorstep, due to the risk of damage or theft.
Therefore, we do not include "leave at door" requests on shipping labels.
While we generally recommend in-person handover,
if you can use a delivery box, please indicate this in the remarks section,
and we will reflect it on the shipping label and accommodate your request.
※Please note that if the delivery driver determines that the delivery box cannot be used, the item will be handed over in person.
