This driver shaft uses a high-elasticity, high-strength sheet, which has led to increased speed. It achieves a similar feeling of speed to the "HR" high-speed driver shaft in the Fire Express series, while also successfully improving the hitting accuracy. This shaft is the first in the Fire Express series for FW to incorporate "TORAYCA® T1100G" and a "six-axis woven fabric sheet," resulting in a lighter weight while increasing overall rigidity.
Furthermore, it features a function called "Power Tip Structure." This involves attaching a tungsten powder sheet to the tip side, which controls shaft flex while suppressing toe-down and head opening/closing. This effectively improves hitting accuracy, reduces impact loss, and makes it easier to control the launch angle.
To accommodate the trend towards lighter driver shafts, a 40g class lineup is also available. The appearance features a clear grip section, a silver mid-section, and a black-clear tip, with the visible six-axis woven fabric sheet at the grip and tip creating a distinctive presence. Additionally, a matte finish is applied, offering a fresh and premium feel.
