"Fire Express Spirits a-AMBAY" is a lightweight model born as the latest evolution of the AMBAY series. Rather than just making it lighter, it was designed and developed from scratch, inheriting the "OPTIMUM" philosophy of "Fire Express Spirits." It achieves approximately 10g of weight reduction compared to the AMBAY, and the center of gravity is also optimized to match the shaft weight.
Its greatest feature is the adoption of a four-axis woven fabric sheet for the outermost layer along the entire length of the shaft, and a WBQ structure that layers the same material at the grip end. This design increases rigidity difference, allowing for a fast swing with significant flex return. Furthermore, it suppresses speed reduction during mishits and utilizes optimal torque, achieving both distance and accuracy.
The body color has a matte finish, and the logo is red, affectionately known as "Red Ambay." It supports a wide range of head speeds from 35 to 42 m/s, and is particularly designed for those who feel that genuine shafts are not enough, or players who want a firm impact while still feeling the flex.
