"Fire Express Spirits a-AMBAY" is a lightweight model born as the latest evolution of the AMBAY series. It's not just about reducing weight; it was designed and developed from the ground up, inheriting the "OPTIMUM" philosophy of "Fire Express Spirits." Compared to AMBAY, it achieves approximately 10g of weight reduction, and the center of gravity is also optimized to match the shaft weight.
Its most significant feature is the WBQ structure, which uses an outermost four-axis braided sheet throughout the entire length of the shaft, with the same material layered in the grip section. This design increases the difference in rigidity, enabling a fast-feeling swing with significant flex return. Additionally, it suppresses deceleration on mishits and utilizes optimal torque to achieve both distance and direction.
The main body color has a matte finish, with a red logo, earning it the affectionate nickname "Aka-Ambay" (Red Ambay). It supports a wide range of head speeds from 35 to 42m/s, making it ideal for players who feel their stock shaft is insufficient or who want a solid impact while still feeling the flex.
