The Fire Express MX-P# has evolved even further as the legitimate successor to the popular "MAX" series of Fire Express. While inheriting the distance and stability of the first "MAX-WBQ" and second-generation "MAX-Plus," the MX-P# significantly improves butt stiffness and moderately suppresses mid-section stiffness, creating a flex valley. This design results in a mid-kick shaft that allows players to powerfully strike the ball without the shaft flaring.
It also pairs exceptionally well with recent driver heads featuring a longer center of gravity distance, contributing to stable head trajectory and improved impact efficiency. The Fire Express MX-P# is available in four weight categories: 3, 4, 5, and 6. The 3 Special model, in particular, is the lightest yet has a single flex setting, extensively using TORAYCA® M40X and boasting a higher oscillation frequency (cpm).
The taper is finely adjusted for each weight category, resulting in a slightly lighter and stiffer finish that maintains consistency across the series while improving swing speed. The 5 and 6 weight categories are designed for athletic golfers, characterized by a firm feel and ease of timing. Please try the new Fire Express MX-P#, which allows for a square impact without over-hooking and further enhances distance performance by utilizing the speed of its snapback.
