"FireExpress RG-D" was released as the first in a concept series that ultimately pursues a commitment to distance in the FIRE EXPRESS series. This shaft is the culmination of technology and know-how accumulated since the first FIRE EXPRESS, and was developed to meet the expectations of many golfers, from golf enthusiasts to professionals.
"FireExpress RG-D" uses carefully selected materials, with extensive use of high-modulus Torayca M40X. This material optimizes energy transfer at impact, achieving higher initial velocity and longer distance. Furthermore, 6-axis SOFMETA is used for the outermost layer. This material's performance has already been proven in "PROTOTEYP V -full throttle-", providing excellent impact resistance.
6-axis SOFMETA improves the shaft's resistance to bending and twisting, minimizing shaft deflection at impact. This results in excellent matching with high MOI (Moment of Inertia) driver heads and increases reproducibility during the swing. In other words, it enables consistent square impact and accurate shots every time.
The design of "FireExpress RG-D" is also noteworthy. The carbon sheet itself blends into the shaft's design, maintaining a beautiful appearance while delivering high functionality. This shaft balances aesthetic appeal with high performance, ensuring satisfaction with every use.
