"FireExpress RG-D" debuted as the first in a concept series that ultimately pursued a commitment to distance within the FIRE EXPRESS series. This shaft is the culmination of technology and know-how accumulated since the first FIRE EXPRESS, developed to meet the expectations of many golfers, from enthusiasts to professionals.
The "FireExpress RG-D" uses carefully selected materials, making extensive use of high-modulus Torayca M40X. This material optimizes energy transfer during impact, achieving higher initial velocity and longer flight distance. Furthermore, 6-axis SOFMETA is adopted for the outermost layer. This material has already proven its performance in "PROTOTYPE V -full throttle-" and provides excellent impact resistance.
The 6-axis SOFMETA enhances the shaft's resistance to bending and twisting, minimizing shaft deviation during impact. This results in excellent compatibility with high MOI (Moment of Inertia) driver heads, improving reproducibility during the swing. In other words, it ensures consistent square impact every time, enabling accurate shots.
The design of the "FireExpress RG-D" is also noteworthy. The carbon sheet itself blends into the shaft's design, maintaining a beautiful appearance while delivering high functionality. This shaft balances aesthetic appeal with high performance, guaranteeing satisfaction with every use.
