Introducing Designtuning VECTOR GRID, a golf shaft specifically designed for maximizing distance. To surpass its predecessor, a new design methodology was developed, employing an innovative shaft design based on grid analysis.

New Design to Maximize Distance

Through grid analysis, we observed that even carbon fibers with the same elastic modulus exhibit differences in strength in the direction of elongation and restorative force in the direction of compression. By combining multiple prepregs, we pursued optimal rigidity distribution.

Optimized Tip Rigidity

Aiming for stable launch angle and optimized spin rate, tip rigidity has been finely tuned. This achieves a design that promotes a high trajectory and extended roll without sacrificing distance.

Rigidity Design Compatible with High MOI Heads

Considering compatibility with the latest high MOI heads, the shaft's return during impact is corrected. While suppressing spin, it maintains the VECTOR series' characteristic acceleration performance after impact, leading to further distance gains.
