Introducing the Designtuning VECTOR GRID, a golf shaft specifically designed for maximizing distance. To surpass its predecessor, a new design methodology was developed, incorporating an innovative shaft design utilizing grid analysis.

New Design to Maximize Distance

Through grid analysis, we focused on the difference in tensile strength in the elongation direction and restorative force in the compression direction, even with carbon fibers of the same elastic modulus. By combining multiple prepregs, we pursued optimal rigidity distribution.

Optimized Tip Rigidity

To stabilize the launch angle and optimize spin rate, tip rigidity was meticulously adjusted. This design achieves a high launch with increased roll, without sacrificing distance.

Rigidity Design Compatible with High MOI Heads

Considering compatibility with the latest high MOI heads, we compensated for the shaft's return at impact. This design maintains the VECTOR series' characteristic acceleration performance after impact while suppressing spin, leading to even greater distance.
