Based on the latest design in the Mobius series, DesignTuning MOBIUS BORON is an innovative driver shaft that embodies the concept of "the shaft changes your swing." By compositing boron-deposited tungsten metal wire throughout its entire length, it achieves both the unique tenacity of metal and high repulsion. The snap-back from transition to impact is incredibly fast, leading to accelerated clubhead speed and high straightness.
The rigidity distribution features the unique Mobius design: a reinforced tip, a flexible middle section, and a high-rigidity butt section. This creates a behavior that is "flexible yet tenacious" and "flexible yet straight," ensuring stable swing reproducibility throughout 18 holes. Furthermore, high-grade PAN-based prepreg and aerospace-grade high-strength fibers are used in a multi-layered structure to thoroughly eliminate unnecessary vibration and wobbling at impact. The firm feel enhances operability and confidence.
With multi-flex designs for 40g and 50g classes for drivers, it accommodates a wide range of clubhead speeds. This shaft is ideal for golfers who seek both distance performance and directional stability. *This product is sold as an assembled product by retailers to guarantee performance.
The Innovation of Multi-Flex (1 Flex) The Mobius BORON does not have a specific flex (stiffness). It employs "multi-flex," which automatically adjusts to the optimal stiffness by sensing the swing load. This allows the shaft's performance to be maximized by synchronizing with the swing of all golfers, from those with fast clubhead speeds to those with slower speeds.
Two Lineups Available by Weight Class We offer two models to choose from, tailored to the player's preference and power.
DX LITE (40g class): Swings lightly and launches sharply. For those who want to increase clubhead speed.
DX (50g class): Balances stability and power transfer. For those who want to hit firmly and send it flying.
Tenacious "Boron" Material By composite molding with boron metal fiber, the shaft's "tenacity" is enhanced. This prevents getting overpowered at impact and enables a thick impact that feels like pushing the ball.
