1. About Length・We use the "60-degree method" and the standard for length is unified to
"the shaft end when the head is attached (the shaft end before the grip is attached)".
・We do not measure the shaft alone or from the tip of the sleeve to the grip end.
・Even if you specify the same length as the manufacturer's genuine value, the finished product may not be exactly the same due to different measurement standards for each manufacturer.
・Therefore, we
cannot accept production "with the exact same length as the manufacturer's genuine product." We appreciate your understanding.
2. About Shaft・The shaft logo is assembled
"face down" so that the logo is not visible when set up.
・If you have any other specifications, please be sure to write them in the remarks column.
・For the selected mounting position, the standard is that "the shaft logo is on the back (not visible when set up)".
・Balance adjustment and frequency measurement are not performed.
3. About Sleeve・It is a compatible sleeve and can be used without any problems.
・A spare head fixing screw is attached to the tip of the sleeve. Please remove it before installation.
・This screw is a service item, so it may not be possible to attach it due to differences in screw specifications depending on the head model.
4. About Grip・We do not offer differential discounts within standard models.
・For standard models with a logo, the standard is
"logo inserted face down (not visible when set up)".
・If you wish to change the grip, select "Change" from the options and
be sure to purchase the grip separately at the same time on a separate sales page.
*If you only provide instructions in the remarks column or order separately, we may not be able to identify the content and may not be able to respond.

5. About Delivery Time・Because this is
complete made-to-order production, it will be shipped within
4 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.
・We will produce in the order of receipt. We cannot provide individual shipping date notifications (responses to expedited requests).
・During busy seasons, sale periods, and before and after major holidays, it may take longer than usual.
6. About Cancellation and Returns・As this product is completely made-to-order production involving shaft cutting,
cancellation or content changes (type, length, position, etc.) after order confirmation are not accepted. *Except in cases of our work errors or initial defects.
