1. Regarding Length・We adopt the "60-degree method" and standardize the length reference to the
"shaft end when the head is attached (the end of the shaft before the grip is attached)".
・We do not measure the shaft alone or from the tip of the sleeve to the end of the grip.
・Even if you specify the same length as the manufacturer's genuine figures, the finished product may not be exactly the same, as each manufacturer has different measurement standards.
・Therefore, we
cannot accept production at "exactly the same length as the manufacturer's genuine product." We appreciate your understanding.
2. Regarding Shafts・To ensure the logo is not visible when addressing the ball, the shaft logo is assembled
"face down."・If you have specific instructions, please be sure to write them in the remarks column.
・The assembly is based on the selected installation position where the "shaft logo is on the back (not visible when addressing the ball)."
・We do not perform balance adjustments or frequency measurements.
3. Regarding Sleeves・These are compatible sleeves and can be used without any problems.
・A spare head fixing screw is attached to the tip of the sleeve. Please remove it before installation.
・As this screw is a service item, the screw specifications may differ depending on the head model, and it may not be possible to install.
4. Regarding Grips・We do not offer differential discounts within standard models.
・For standard models with a logo, the standard is
"logo inserted face down (direction not visible when addressing the ball)."・If you wish to change the grip, select "Change" from the options and
be sure to purchase the grip separately on the sales page at the same time. ※If instructions are only in the remarks column or if ordered separately, we may not be able to identify the content and respond.

5. Regarding Delivery Time・Due to
complete made-to-order production, orders will be shipped within
4 to 5 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
・Products will be manufactured in the order received. We cannot respond to individual shipping date inquiries (or expedite requests).
・During busy seasons, sale periods, and before long holidays, delivery may take longer than usual.
6. Regarding Cancellations and Returns・As this product is completely made-to-order involving shaft cutting,
cancellations or changes to the order (type, length, position, etc.) cannot be accepted after order confirmation. ※This excludes cases of our operational errors or initial defects.
