1. About Length・We adopt the "60-degree method" and standardize the length based on
"the shaft end when the head is attached (the end of the shaft before the grip is attached)".・We do not measure the shaft alone or from the sleeve tip to the grip end.
・Even if you specify the same length as the manufacturer's genuine specifications, the finished product may not be exactly the same due to different measurement standards for each manufacturer.
・Therefore, we
cannot accept production with "exactly the same length as the manufacturer's genuine product". Thank you for your understanding.
2. About Shafts・To ensure the logo is not visible when addressing the ball, the shaft logo is assembled
"face down".・If you have specific instructions, please be sure to write them in the remarks column.
・The standard for the selected mounting position is "shaft logo on the back (not visible when addressing the ball)".
・Balance adjustment and frequency measurement are not performed.
3. About Sleeves・These are compatible sleeves and can be used without any problems.
・A spare head fixing screw is attached to the tip of the sleeve. Please remove it before installation.
・This screw is a service item, and it may not be compatible with all head models due to different screw specifications.
4. About Grips・No price reduction for standard models.
・For standard models with logos, the standard is
"logo inserted facing down (not visible when addressing the ball)".・If you wish to change the grip, select "Change" in the options and
be sure to purchase the grip separately on the sales page at the same time. ※If you only provide instructions in the remarks column or place a separate order, we may not be able to identify the content and may not be able to accommodate your request.

5. About Delivery Time・Due to
complete made-to-order production, orders will be shipped within
4 to 5 business days after order confirmation, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
・We will produce in the order received. We cannot provide individual shipping date notifications (or respond to requests for expedited shipping).
・During peak seasons, sale periods, and before long holidays, delivery may take longer than usual.
6. About Cancellation/Returns・As this product is completely made-to-order with shaft cutting,
