Regarding "leave at door" (okihai), our store handles many high-value items,
and leaving them outside, such as at your doorstep, carries risks of damage or theft, so
we cannot currently accommodate "leave at door" requests. Therefore, we do not include "leave at door" requests on shipping labels.
While we generally recommend in-person delivery,
if you can use a delivery locker, please indicate this in the remarks section,
and we will reflect it on the shipping slip and accommodate your request.
*Please note that if the delivery driver determines that the delivery locker cannot be used, the delivery will be made in person.
