SPEEDER BOOST is a shaft created by Fujikura, bringing together all the technology cultivated in the SPEEDER series, to open up new frontiers in distance. Its greatest features are the fusion of VTC Technology and a double kick point design. By intentionally reducing the bending rigidity at the butt and tip sections, the shaft progressively accelerates from the top of the backswing through the downswing, and into impact.
The common feeling of unreliability in the swing and lack of power at impact often associated with softer shafts is eliminated by VTC Technology. It optimally controls shaft torsion, efficiently transferring the energy from the shaft's snapback to the ball.
This allows even golfers who are not confident in their swing speed to clearly feel the flex, naturally improving both head speed and initial ball speed. It makes timing easier, leading to a stable trajectory and greater carry.
