The SPEEDER BOOST shaft was created by Fujikura, bringing together all the technology cultivated in the SPEEDER series to open up new frontiers in driving distance. Its greatest features are the fusion of VTC Technology and a double-kick design. By intentionally reducing the bending stiffness in the butt and tip sections, the shaft progressively accelerates from the top of the backswing through the downswing and into impact.
The lack of a reassuring feel and insufficient impact experienced with typically soft shafts is resolved by VTC Technology. It optimally controls shaft torsion, efficiently transferring bending energy to the ball.
This allows even golfers who are not confident in their swing speed to experience a clear flex, naturally increasing their head speed and initial ball velocity. It also makes timing easier, leading to a stable trajectory and greater carry.
