1. Regarding Length・We use the "60-degree method" and standardize the length based on the
"shaft end when the head is attached (the end of the shaft before the grip is installed)".
・We do not measure the shaft alone or from the tip of the sleeve to the end of the grip.
・Even if you specify the same length as the manufacturer's genuine specifications, the finished length may not be exactly the same due to differing measurement standards among manufacturers.
・Therefore, we
cannot accept orders for production with "exactly the same length as the manufacturer's genuine product." We appreciate your understanding.
2. Regarding Shaft・To prevent the logo from being visible when addressing the ball, the shaft logo is assembled
"face down".
・If you have specific instructions, please be sure to write them in the remarks column.
・For the selected installation position, the standard is "shaft logo on the back (not visible when addressing the ball)".
・Balance adjustment and frequency measurement are not performed.
3. Regarding Sleeve・This is a compatible sleeve and can be used without any issues.
・A spare head fixing screw is attached to the tip of the sleeve. Please remove it before installation.
・This screw is a service item, and it may not be usable if the screw specifications differ depending on the head model.
4. Regarding Grip・No differential discount is offered within standard models.
・For standard models with a logo, the standard is
"logo facing down (not visible when addressing the ball)".
・If you wish to change the grip, please select "Change" from the options and
be sure to purchase the grip separately on the sales page at the same time.

5. Regarding Delivery Time・Due to
complete made-to-order production, orders will be shipped within
4-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.
・Products will be manufactured in the order received. We cannot provide individual shipping dates (or respond to requests for expedited shipping).
・During busy seasons, sale periods, and before/after major holidays, it may take longer than usual.
6. Regarding Cancellation/Returns・As this product is completely made-to-order involving shaft cutting,
cancellations or changes to the order content (type, length, position, etc.) cannot be accepted after order confirmation. ※This excludes cases of manufacturing defects or initial defects on our part.
