Leave at Doorstep Delivery (Okihai)
Regarding "leave at doorstep delivery" (okihai), our store handles many high-value items,
and "leave at doorstep" deliveries to outdoor locations such as entryways carry risks of damage and theft.
Therefore, we cannot accommodate such requests at this time. As a result, we do not indicate "leave at doorstep" preferences on shipping labels.
We generally recommend in-person handover. However, if a parcel locker is available,
please make a note in the remarks section, and we will reflect it on the shipping slip and accommodate your request.
Please note that if the delivery driver determines that the parcel locker cannot be used, the item will be handed over in person.
