Regarding "leave-at-door" delivery (Okihai), as we handle many high-value items,

we are currently unable to accommodate "leave-at-door" delivery to outdoor locations such as front entrances, due to the risk of damage or theft.

Therefore, we do not include "leave-at-door" requests on the shipping label.

While we primarily recommend in-person delivery,

if you can use a delivery locker, please indicate this in the remarks section,

and we will reflect it on the shipping slip and accommodate your request.
