Regarding "leave-at-door" delivery (okihai), our store handles many high-value items, and there is a risk of damage or theft if items are left outdoors, such as at an entrance.
Therefore, we cannot accommodate "leave-at-door" delivery at this time. For this reason, we do not include "leave-at-door" requests on shipping labels.
While we generally recommend in-person handovers, if a delivery locker is available, please specify this in the remarks section, and we will update the shipping slip accordingly.
