KBS's graphite shaft "PGW (Players Graphite Wood)" is the latest model that inherits the performance and reliability of PGI and PGH, while pursuing the optimal balance of high launch and low spin required for wood shafts. The entire shaft design has been adjusted to maximize distance even for golfers who don't have tour pro-level clubhead speeds. In particular, the mid-torque design achieves both a moderate flex feel and stable behavior.

A wide range of weights from 40g to 80g is available, with each weight having different flexes and tip stiffness, offering a total of 25 variations. In no circumstances will we accept returns or exchanges without prior contact.
Please contact us by email within 7 days of product arrival.
We will send you "Return Guidance," after which please proceed with returning the product within 1 week.

Order Mistakes (e.g., incorrect size, club number, loft, flex, or other specifications)
Used Products (including trial use)
Opened Products (protective vinyl, shrink wrap, tags removed)
Loss or damage of accessories (e.g., warranty card, head cover)
Manufacturer custom products, build-to-order products, products with special shafts
More than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
※Please report initial defects within 7 days after delivery completion.
Defects reported after this period will be handled according to each manufacturer's standards (repair or replacement).

※Please note that golf products are considered "used (second-hand)" once the "shrink wrap (transparent film)" has been removed.

▼ Handling of Long-Term Absence or Refusal to Receive

If a product is returned due to expiration of storage period or refusal to receive without justifiable reason,
a flat fee of 2,000 yen will be charged per order.
(Breakdown: round-trip shipping, cash-on-delivery fee, packing materials, administrative fees, etc.)

※Even for products with "free shipping," we actually bear the shipping cost, so the above amount will be charged.
※The storage period for Sagawa Express and Japan Post parcels is 7 days from the date the initial absence notice was delivered.
