The KBS TOUR DRIVEN (TD) is the first wood shaft developed by KBS, bringing the feel and performance of the highly-rated KBS TOUR series irons to woods. By maintaining the same stiffness distribution design philosophy, it achieves both stable distance and excellent directional control, providing the same smooth swing feel in woods as in irons.
A notable feature is the adoption of the "Category System." This new standard quantitatively expresses both flexibility (stiffness) and kick point in a single value. The lower the category number (1-5), the softer and more tip-flexible the shaft; the higher the number, the stiffer and more butt-flexible it is. This allows golfers to choose the right specifications without preconceived notions based on traditional designations like "S" or "R."
A wide range of weights from 40g to 80g is available, accommodating golfers from those who prioritize speed to advanced power players. While possessing performance suitable for professional use, it is also designed to be easy for amateurs to handle.
