The KBS TOUR DRIVEN (TD) is the first wood shaft developed by KBS, bringing the feel and performance of the highly-acclaimed KBS TOUR iron series to woods. By inheriting the design philosophy of rigidity distribution, it achieves both stable distance and excellent directional control, providing the same smooth swing feel in woods as in irons.
Particularly noteworthy is the adoption of the "Category System." This new standard expresses flexibility (stiffness) and kick point numerically. The smaller the number from Category 1 to 5, the softer and more tip-flexible the shaft; the larger the number, the stiffer and more butt-flexible it is. A major feature is the ability to choose the right specifications without preconceived notions, avoiding reliance on traditional labels like "S" or "R."
With a wide range of weights from 40g to 80g, it can accommodate a diverse range of golfers, from speed-oriented players to powerful advanced users. It offers performance suitable for professional use while remaining easy for amateurs to handle.
