Delivery to a designated location (置き配 - Okihai)
Regarding "Okihai" (leaving packages at a designated location), as we handle many high-value products,
we currently cannot accommodate "Okihai" to outdoor locations such as front entrances due to the risk of damage or theft.
Therefore, we do not include "Okihai" requests on the shipping labels.
While we primarily recommend in-person delivery,
if a delivery locker is available, please specify this in the remarks section,
and we will reflect it on the shipping slip and accommodate your request.
※Please note that if the delivery person determines that the delivery locker cannot be used, the package will be handed over in person.
