Redelivery to an unattended location (Okihai)

Regarding "Okihai" (delivery to an unattended location), as we handle many high-value items,

we are currently unable to accommodate "Okihai" to outdoor locations such as your doorstep due to the risk of damage or theft.

Therefore, we do not include "Okihai" requests on the shipping label.

While we generally recommend in-person delivery,

if a delivery locker is available, please specify this in the remarks section,

and we will reflect it on the shipping slip and accommodate your request.

Please note that if the delivery person determines that the delivery locker cannot be used, the delivery will be made in person.
