Leave at Door (置き配)

Regarding "leave at door" deliveries, as our store handles many high-value items,

we currently cannot accommodate "leave at door" requests for outdoor locations such as your doorstep due to the risk of damage or theft.

Therefore, we do not include "leave at door" requests on shipping labels.

While we primarily recommend face-to-face delivery,

if a parcel locker is available, please indicate this in the remarks section,

and we will reflect it on the shipping slip and arrange for it accordingly.

*Please note that if the delivery person determines that the parcel locker cannot be used, delivery will be made in person.
