Regarding "leave at door" delivery (Okihai), as our store handles many high-value items,

we cannot accommodate "leave at door" deliveries outside, such as at the entrance, due to the risk of damage or theft.

Therefore, we do not include "leave at door" requests on shipping labels.

While we generally recommend in-person delivery,

if a delivery locker is available, please indicate it in the remarks section,

and we will reflect it on the shipping slip and accommodate your request.

*Please note that if the delivery driver determines that the delivery locker cannot be used, the item will be handed over in person.
