Leave-at-door Delivery (Okihai)
Regarding "leave-at-door" delivery: Our store handles many high-value items, and there is a risk of damage or theft if items are left outside, such as at the entrance.
Therefore, we cannot accommodate "leave-at-door" requests at this time. We do not include "leave-at-door" requests on shipping labels.
While we generally recommend in-person handover, if a delivery box is available, please indicate this in the remarks section, and we will reflect it on the shipping slip and accommodate your request.
Please note that if the delivery person determines that the delivery box cannot be used, the item will be handed over in person.
