The Olympick DERAMAX 05F fairway wood shaft was born from the desire to "hit fairway woods as far as drivers." It boasts the same fast flexback performance as the popular 020D (Red Dera) driver shaft, achieving unprecedented distance performance with a lively feel and mid-kick point design.

While the previous 02F (Red Dera FW) model was a "sticky" × "mid-tip" design, the 05F has been revamped to a "lively" × "mid-kick" design. The shaft quickly flexes back at impact, increasing head speed and ball initial velocity. This allows for driver-like distance even with a fairway wood.

Furthermore, its design, which suppresses launch angle and catch, creates an ideal trajectory for hitting a mid-trajectory shot that defies the wind. Designed for shots from the ground, it also incorporates a structure that suppresses toe-down movement, reducing resistance from the grass and allowing for clean contact.
