"I want to hit my fairway wood as far as my driver." The OLYMPIC DERAMAX 05F fairway wood shaft was developed to meet that demand. It boasts the same fast snap-back performance as the immensely popular 020D (Red Dera) driver shaft, delivering unprecedented distance performance with a crisp feel and mid-kick design.

While the previous 02F (Red Dera FW) model featured a "sticky" feel with a mid-to-tip kick point, the 05F has been revamped to offer a "crisp" feel with a mid-kick point. The shaft's quick snap-back at impact increases both clubhead speed and ball initial velocity, allowing for driver-like distances even with a fairway wood.

Furthermore, its design suppresses launch angle and draw bias, creating an ideal, penetrating trajectory that can cut through the wind. Built with shots from the ground in mind, it also incorporates a structure that minimizes toe-down movement, reducing turf resistance for cleaner contact.

With a wide range of options from lightweight models to those for hard hitters, you can choose the optimal shaft based on your swing type and clubhead speed. This high-performance shaft, combining maneuverability and stability, adds overwhelming distance and confidence to your fairway shots.
