The "DERAMAX 07 Premium (Blue Dera)" presented by Olympic is an innovative shaft that incorporates a mid-high kick point characteristic while retaining the "fast snap-back" weapon cultivated in the Red Dera (020 series). It was finally completed under the supervision of professionals, in response to requests from many golfers who said, "We want a model with a high kick point that offers the same excellent repulsion as the Red Dera!"
Its main feature is the use of tough boron fiber, also used in fishing rods, at the grip end. This increases rigidity at the grip end and achieves a "counterbalance design" that shifts the balance closer to the grip. This makes the downswing transition smoother, making it easier to time and producing a stable clubhead path.
While high kick point designs are generally considered "for advanced players," this 07 Premium is different. Thanks to its fast snap-back, you naturally feel the clubhead accelerate, experiencing an improvement in head speed and ball striking accuracy.
