The "DERAMAX 07 Premium (Blue Dera)" presented by Olympic is an innovative shaft that incorporates a mid-low kick point characteristic while retaining the "fast whip-back" strength cultivated in the Red Dera (020 series). It was finally completed under the supervision of professionals, in response to requests from many golfers who wanted a "kick-like feel similar to the Red Dera, but with a low kick point model!"
Its greatest feature is the adoption of tough boron fiber, also used in fishing rods, in the grip section. This increases the rigidity of the grip and enables a "counterbalance design" that shifts the balance closer to the grip. This smooths out the transition during the swing, making it easier to time and producing a stable head trajectory.
While low kick point designs are generally considered "for advanced players," the 07 Premium is different. Thanks to its fast whip-back, you naturally feel the head accelerate, and you'll experience improved head speed and impact ratio. It contributes to increased distance and stable direction, regardless of swing type or skill level.
