The "DERAMAX 07 Premium (Ao-Dela)" from Olympic is an innovative shaft that takes the "fast snap-back" cultivated in the Aka-Dela (020 series) and incorporates a new mid-to-butt flex point characteristic. It was finally completed under the supervision of professionals, in response to the many golfers who said, "I want a butt-flex model with the same excellent repulsion as the Aka-Dela!"
Its main feature is the use of strong boron fibers, also used in fishing rods, in the grip section. This increases butt rigidity and achieves a "counterbalance design" that shifts the balance closer to the grip. By smoothing the transition during the swing, it makes timing easier and creates a stable club head path.
While butt-flex designs are generally considered "for advanced players," the 07 Premium is different.
