Fujikura Rubber Industries, Ltd. (Fujikura) was founded in 1901. Starting with the manufacture of rubber products, they began manufacturing carbon shafts for golf in 1974. The main series of Fujikura shafts is the "Speeder" series. In particular, the "Speeder EVOLUTION" series, which began sales in 2014, has become a very popular shaft that has boasted the top share in the domestic women's tour for the past few years, winning the No. 1 usage rate in the 2014 season. That's where the development of TRAVIL began.
・Through repeated testing at tournament venues targeting many domestic men's and women's tour players, we narrowed down over 30 types of prototypes.
Compared to the clubs they were using, the average landing angle increased by 1.1 degrees, and we decided to commercialize the one with the best feel.
