Regarding "leave at door" delivery, as our store handles many high-value items,

we are currently unable to accommodate "leave at door" requests for outdoor locations such as your doorstep,

due to the risk of damage or theft. Therefore, we do not include "leave at door" requests on shipping labels.

While we generally recommend in-person delivery,

if a delivery locker is available, please specify this in the remarks section,

and we will reflect it on the shipping slip and accommodate your request.

※Please note that if the delivery driver determines that the delivery locker cannot be used, the item will be handed over in person.
