Delivery to an unattended location (Okihai)

Regarding "Okihai" (delivery to an unattended location), our store handles many high-value products,

and "Okihai" to outdoor locations such as your doorstep carries risks of damage and theft.

Therefore, we currently cannot accommodate this request. For this reason, "Okihai" is not indicated on the shipping label.

While we generally recommend in-person delivery,

if a delivery locker is available, please specify this in the remarks section,

and we will reflect it on the shipping slip and arrange for it accordingly.

*Please note that if the delivery driver determines that the delivery locker cannot be used, the delivery will be made in person.
