Regarding "leave at doorstep" (Okihai) delivery, our store handles many high-value products, and there is a risk of damage or theft when leaving items outdoors, such as at a doorstep.
For this reason, we are currently unable to accommodate "leave at doorstep" requests. Therefore, "leave at doorstep" preferences are not indicated on shipping labels.
While we generally recommend in-person delivery, if you have access to a delivery locker, please indicate this in the remarks section, and we will update the shipping label accordingly.
※Please note that if the delivery driver determines that the delivery locker cannot be used, the delivery will be made in person.
