The WACCINE compo GR331 DR (for driver) is the lightest shaft in WACCINE's history, weighing in at just 38g. It was developed to meet the demands of golfers who want to "hit the ball as far as possible!" With a recommended length of 46 inches, this long-designed shaft achieves an 8% increase in carry compared to our previous models. It offers a significant improvement for golfers struggling with a lack of distance.
In terms of materials, it uses "RC15% prepreg" which has a lower resin content than usual. By incorporating high-density carbon fibers, rigidity and elasticity are improved, further enhancing shaft performance. Furthermore, it adopts the most advanced high-strength, high-modulus carbon fiber, "T-1100G." This allows for a firm "push-through" feel despite its lightness, realizing ideal flight with extended roll.
The structure optimally arranges straight, hoop, and bias layers, integrating high, medium, and low modulus materials where appropriate. The high torque provides excellent ball capture, making it recommended for those who struggle with slices. It is designed for golfers with a head speed of less than 40m/s, or players who are troubled by slices, difficulty getting the ball airborne, or a lack of roll.
