The WACCINE compo GR331 DR (for drivers) is the lightest 38g model in WACCINE's history, created to answer golfers' demands to "hit it as far as possible!" Its long design with a recommended length of 46 inches achieves an 8% increase in carry distance compared to our previous models. It will bring a significant change to golfers struggling with lack of distance.
In terms of materials, it uses "RC15% prepreg" with a lower resin content than usual. By incorporating high-density carbon fiber, rigidity and elasticity are enhanced, further maximizing shaft performance. Furthermore, it adopts the cutting-edge high-strength, high-elasticity carbon fiber "T-1100G." This allows golfers to feel a firm "pushing sensation" within its lightness, realizing an ideal flight with extended roll.
The structure optimally arranges straight layers, hoop layers, and bias layers, combining high, medium, and low modulus materials where appropriate. Its high torque provides excellent ball capture, making it recommended for those struggling with slices. This shaft is aimed at golfers with a head speed of less than 40m/s, or players who struggle with slices, inability to get the ball up, or lack of roll.
This shaft truly delivers on "light yet long," balancing lightness with stable directionality and distance performance. It's a new generation shaft that will make golf even more enjoyable.
