The WACCINE compo GR331 DR (for drivers) is the lightest 38g model in WACCINE's history, created to answer the call of golfers who simply want to "hit it farther!" With a recommended 46-inch long design, it achieves an 8% increase in carry compared to our previous models, bringing a significant change to golfers struggling with lack of distance.
In terms of materials, it uses "RC15% prepreg" with a lower resin content than usual. By incorporating high-density carbon fibers, we aim to improve rigidity and elasticity, further enhancing shaft performance. Additionally, it adopts the most advanced high-strength, high-modulus carbon fiber "T-1100G." You can feel a firm "push-out" sensation despite its lightness, realizing ideal flight with extended run.
The structure optimally arranges straight, hoop, and bias layers, integrating high, medium, and low modulus materials where appropriate. Its high torque provides excellent ball capture, making it recommended for those struggling with slices. Target golfers include those with a head speed of less than 40m/s, or players struggling with slices, inability to get the ball up, or lack of run.
This shaft truly delivers "light yet long" performance, balancing stable direction and distance performance despite its light weight. It's a new generation shaft that will make golf more enjoyable.
