▼ About Our Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation Policy

【Important】Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience

In no circumstances will we accept returns or exchanges without prior contact.
Please contact us by email within 7 days of product arrival.
We will send you "Return Guidance," after which please proceed with returning the product within 1 week.

▼ Returns/Exchanges Not Accepted Under Any Circumstances for the Following Cases

Difference in Image (e.g., color or shape differs from what was expected)
Order Mistakes (e.g., incorrect size, club number, loft, flex, or other specifications)
Used Products (including trial use)
Opened Products (protective vinyl, shrink wrap, tags removed)
Loss or damage of accessories (e.g., warranty card, head cover)
Manufacturer custom products, build-to-order products, products with special shafts
More than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
※Please report initial defects within 7 days after delivery completion.
Defects reported after this period will be handled according to each manufacturer's standards (repair or replacement).
The product is not in the condition it was shipped in
※If processing, adjustments, or modifications by the customer or another store are found, the warranty will be void.
The product is no longer needed due to customer circumstances

※Please note that golf products are considered "used (second-hand)" once the "shrink wrap (transparent film)" has been removed.

▼ Handling of Long-Term Absence or Refusal to Receive

If a product is returned due to expiration of storage period or refusal to receive without justifiable reason,
a flat fee of 2,000 yen will be charged per order.
(Breakdown: round-trip shipping, cash-on-delivery fee, packing materials, administrative fees, etc.)

※Even for products with "free shipping," we actually bear the shipping cost, so the above amount will be charged.
※The storage period for Sagawa Express and Japan Post parcels is 7 days from the date the initial absence notice was delivered.

▼ If You Wish for Redelivery After Return

If you wish for a returned product to be reshipped, the payment method will be changed to [Bank Transfer].
In this case, the "round-trip shipping fee + reshipping fee" will be borne by the customer.

※Shipment will be made after payment confirmation.
※Since inventory is reset once the product is returned, the product may be out of stock when you request reshipment. Please be aware of this in advance.
